Eep. Just glanced quickly through some of the past posts for the NoSDiet mailing list… I think I'm glad I'm not in the same situation as some of those people who are trying to lose fifty or a hundred pounds or more. My target right now is to lose about five kilos, or about eleven pounds, which sounds more easily attainable.
(I'm 179 cm and about 84.5 kg and would like to get below eighty. 72–75 [about what I weighed when I got married] would be nice but we'll see how it goes first. At the moment, I'm not losing a lot, but then, I only just started a week or so ago.)
