That'll depend on your computer, what fonts you have installed, and which browser you use.
Here, have a screenshot of what it looks like on my PC:
Basically, it uses letters that are 180° rotations of other letters to spell a sentence upside-down -- some letters are in the Latin alphabet (e.g. "u" and "n" are rotations, as are "p" and "d") while others are used by linguists to represent certain sounds, and were therefore included in Unicode.
